OPERATIONS : The Technology used in this machine is to perform capping operation on the bottle/container automatically. The incoming bottles from respective filling machines are transferred to capping machine via Conveyor belt. These bottles/containers are passed through cap orientation pick up junction via Star wheel to Capping Junction. The capping operation is performed on single bottle at a time. The bottles are further transferred to next machine via out feed conveyor belt.
Compatible for Bottle/Container Sizes :  10ml to 30ml, 60ml, 100ml, 200ml & 400ml & JARS.
Optional Accessories
- Screw capping Head/ Ropp Sealing Head as change part.
- Compatible for both Screw Capping & ROPP caps For Cap Sealing Operation.
- Star Wheel & Guide set for respective diameter of bottles/Jars.
- Vibrator Bowl set for respective diameter of caps.
