OPERATIONS : The Technology used in this machine is to perform measuring cup placement operation on the bottle/container automatically. The incoming bottles from respective capping machines are transferred to cup placement machine via Conveyor belt. These bottles/containers are passed through cup orientation pick up junction via feed worm assembly to Cup placing Junction. The cup placement operation is performed on single bottle at a time. The bottles are further transferred to next machine via out feed conveyor belt.
Compatible for Bottle/Container Sizes : 10ml to 30ml, 60ml, 100ml, 200ml & 400ml & JARS.

- Feed Worm according to major change in bottle diameter.
- Compatible for both ROPP head For Cap Sealing Operation.
- Star Wheel & Guide set for respective diameter of bottles/Jars.
- Vibrator Bowl and Chute set for respective diameter of caps.
