Fully Automatic Linear Tunnel Type Vial Washing Machine. 240

OPERATIONS : This Machine enables the operator to Wash and decontaminate the vials. The operation is conducted by placing or incoming vials from Tunnel on the in feed Tray by which vials are further passed on the washing machine automatically. The Washing cycle is conducted by placement of the vials in Cups designed specifically to expose the vials’ inner and outer wall area to wash. The Washing cycle is further performed in Four to Six stages automatically by starting the machine and selecting the cycle time of wash. The inner and outer surfaces of vials are covered in the washing cycle. The Washed vials are pushed on the out feed Tray by incoming vials from the machine.
