OPERATIONS : The Technology used in this machine is for visual inspection of the vials once the sealing operation is conducted. The machine consists of In feed and Out feed turn table. The vials are transferred from turn table to machine roller conveyor placed at 15 degree angle for inspection. The machine consists of four inspection stations i.e. two on each side, where the operator can automatically stop the machine and pick the rejected vial and place in the rejection bin. The types of rejection carried out in these machine are 1) Black particle 2) Improper Sealing 3) Broken Vial & 4) Different color Flip off seal detection. The good vials are then passed on the Out Feed turn table to Sticker Labeling machine.
