OPERATIONS : The Technology used in this machine is to perform Sealing operation on the vials automatically. The incoming vials from respective filling machines are transferred to sealing machine via Conveyor belt. These vials are passed through Flip off seals orientation pick up junction via Star wheel to Sealing Junction. The sealing operation is performed on twelve vials at a time. The bottles are further transferred to next machine via out feed conveyor belt.
Compatible for vial Sizes : 2ml to 100ml.
