Automatic Bottle Four Station Visual Inspection Conveyor

OPERATIONS : The Technology used in this machine is for visual inspection of the Bottles once the Capping/sealing operation is conducted. The machine consists of In feed and Out feed turn table. The vials are transferred from turn table to machine conveyor. The machine consists of four inspection stations where the operator can pick the bottles, visually inspect and place in the rejection area. The types of rejection carried out in these machine are 1) Black particle 2) Improper Sealing 3) Broken bottle neck 4) Different color cap detection. The good bottles are then passed on the Out Feed turn table to Sticker Labeling machine.

Compatible vial Sizes  : 10ml to 400ml.
